What is the flex arrangement?

We have created a service where you as a customer have the opportunity to book cleaning at short notice for a really good price. Sometimes we have customers who need to cancel the cleaning at short notice and then we have vacancies that we need to fill. The length of the cleaning can vary, so depending on the cleaning time, we adjust the steps and checklist according to how big you live and how much we manage to do in the allotted time. The offer on cleaning times usually applies within the next 7 days.

Who is suitable for this arrangement?

Booking via a flexible arrangement suits you who have the opportunity for flexibility, perhaps only want a single cleaning every now and then, and who have the option of booking a cleaning at shorter notice.

How does it work?

When you have filled in and submitted the form, you will be put on a list for cleaning times with shorter notice. When a cleaning is available, you, along with other customers who have the flex arrangement, will receive an email with a quote and suggested time. First to respond have the option of booking cleaning on the specified date.

There are certain elements that differ from the usual house cleaning.

• We cannot resolve key handover in advance.
• There is no guarantee of cleaning frequency.
• Cleaning times can be offered with different cleaners on each occasion.

The same agreement applies as for home cleaning, but with some deviations. See below:

• In the event of cancellation, the full price will be charged, excluding tax deductions.
• No satisfaction guarantee on performed cleaning.
