Our policy for rescheduling and cancellation
Of course, we would like you to cancel with as much advance notice as possible. However, you have the right to cancel and reschedule free of charge up to 72 non-weekend hours before the start of the cleaning. If you cancel or reschedule later dan 72 non-weekend hours before the start of the cleaning half the price will be charged according to the agreement. Note that this is a cost not valid for RUT deduction.
Note: Cancellation and rescheduling is done by contacting ur support 070-791 32 95 or info@tidy.nu to be valid.
In case of cancellation when the cleaner is on site, the full price will be charged. Note that this cost is not valid for RUT deductions. We have these rules to be able to cover our staff's salaries as it is difficult to be able to offer a new cleaning at short notice.

Cancellation & rescheduling policy

With shorter notice, half the price will be charged according to the agreement. Note that the RUT-deduction can´t be applied to this cost.
