Rescheduling and cancellation policy

Below we list what applies to rescheduling and cancellation of services via Tidynu!

If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, we always appreciate being informed well in advance. However, as long as you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours (on weekdays) before the cleaning was scheduled to start, you will not be charged in any way. If you cancel/reschedule your cleaning with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of your usual hourly rate per scheduled hour (to cover the cleaners salary). Do note that the RUT-deduction can´t be applied to this cost.

If you cancel immediately after a weekend / red day, you must contact us no later than 5 pm the day before the start of the weekend. This because we do not check the phone on weekends / red days.

Note: Cancellation must be made to the specified number 070-791 32 95 to be valid.

If canceled when the cleaner have arrived, the full price will be charged. Note that this cost is not valid for RUT deductions. We have these rules to be able to cover our staff’s salaries as it is difficult to offer them a new cleaning at short notice.
