Home cleaning
Home cleaning is our most popular service and we perform thousands of home cleanings every month. Depending on our customers' needs, the scope and frequency are adjusted. The most common frequency is once every two weeks.
Deep cleaning
The major cleaning is very similar to the regular house cleaning, but includes more elements linked to surfaces that do not need as frequent cleaning. Regular ongoing home cleaning often begins with a proper deep cleaning.
Window cleaning
It is common for our regular customers to need help with window cleaning a couple of times a year and there are many customers who hire us solely for our window cleaning service.
Moving cleaning
The moving cleaning is the most extensive cleaning that we carry out. Many steps are required to achieve an approved moving cleaning and it is therefore common for customers to ask for professional help.
Here's how it works - a few simple steps
We work with clear routines and checklists from first contact to completed assignment.
1. Request
Submit your request, you can fill in a shorter contact form here on the start page or a more detailed form on the page for the specific service. We will respond to your request within 1 working day.
2. Booking
If you agree to our conditions and price, we will book the service you want and you will receive a clear confirmation of our agreement. If necessary, we arrange a key receipt in accordance with our procedures.
3. The cleaning is performed
On the set date and time, our staff will show up and our support is always available at short notice if there are any questions about the route, key or alarm handling, etc. The service is performed in accordance with our detailed checklists which can be adapted depending on your own specifications.
4. Follow-up
After the cleaning is done, our support team follows up to make sure you are satisfied with the result. If we have delivered according to expectations, the invoice is prepared and sent out the month after the service has been performed.
