Checklist standard cleaning
We list each step in the cleaning for each room in the cleaning object.
Preparations: Please note that we clean free surfaces and as a rule do not move objects, therefore it is important that you clear the surfaces you want cleaned.
Every room
- Vacuuming and swabbing of floors (around large furniture, underneath if possible).
- Dusting of wall sockets, radiators, lighting switches, moldings, and paintings.
- Dusting of furniture, tables, windowsills, and benches. We will pick up and wipe under some objects when needed.
- Dusting of empty surfaces, lamps, and other larger objects.
- Wiping of door handles and visible spots on doors.
- Wiping of mirrors
- Smaller carpets will be shaken to remove any dust/dirt.
- Larger carpets will be vacuumed both on the top side and underneath.
- Emptying trash cans.
Kitchen
- Cleaning of stove.
- Cleaning of sink and faucet
- Cleaning of kitchen counter tops
- Cleaning of spots on wall tiles
- Wiping of cabinet doors and drawers (exterior parts)
- Wiping of kitchen appliances and fan (exterior parts)
Bathroom
- Cleaning of toilet
- Cleaning of bathtub/shower (shower set, mixer, doors, tiles on walls and floor)
- Cleaning of sink, faucet, and the tiles by the sink.
- Cleaning of mirror and other details.
- Wiping of bathroom cabinet (exterior)
DO NOTE! We do not move any large furniture during the cleaning. The cleaners will clean as high up as they can reach – if you want to, you can provide us with a foot stool so that they can reach a bit higher. The cleaners will not use a ladder when on their own.

The same hourly rate as usual is applied for all additional services, except for the window cleaning which comes with a set price based on your home.
Please contact us in advance if you wish to add any service to your next cleaning. We can often make sure to combine it with your scheduled cleaning, but at times a new occasion will have to be scheduled.

The time assessment we make is based on our checklist. It is possible to delete items in the checklist to shorten the time and we can also do as much as we can in a time you specify. Please note, however, that in such arrangements we will most likely not have time to achieve a good result in all rooms and our satisfaction guarantee does not apply.
We book the cleaning with the same cleaner every time. However, this cleaner can get sick and then we always strive to be able to offer a substitute.
Yes it’s going well. Get in touch as soon as possible and we will extend the cleaning time so that the cleaner has time for this. Then feel free to lay clean sheets on the beds.
We have two important insurances for our day-to-day operations. One is a liability insurance that ensures that we can compensate for damages we have caused up to a value of SEK 10 million. The second insurance is an accident insurance that ensures compensation to our staff if they have an accident during a work shift. The accident insurance also covers the staff on the way to and from work.
