Important information before your moving cleaning
Moving cleaning is a very extensive cleaning and the guidelines for how it should be carried out may vary depending on where and how you live. We always follow the brokerage association's guidelines for moving cleaning, please read more about them here.
There are certain steps where we need your help and other steps that are not included in our cleaning, therefore see the points below:
- Empty the home completely of furniture and objects, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking
- Pull out appliances and any other large furniture
- Defrost from fridge and freezer
- Disassemble the inner glass of the oven door, water trap, kitchen hood and valves if you want us to clean these
- Inform us of broken windows or if special tools are needed to split windows to clean between panes.
- As standard, we do not clean the inside of a tiled stove
- We do not clean blinds
We will fix the rest and contact you one hour before the cleaning is finished so that you have the opportunity to inspect the home while we are on site and can correct any misunderstandings or deficiencies. We also offer a satisfaction guarantee, where we fix all defects reported within 24 hours after the new owners take over, free of charge.

Price for moving cleaning
The price for moving cleaning can vary depending on which elements you want to include and how large the cleaning object is. Each cleaning is therefore offered individually. Some approximate price examples of moving cleaning are:
- 50sqm = about 3.950 kr after RUT
- 100sqm = about 5.200 kr after RUT
- 150sqm = about 6.450 kr after RUT
- 200sqm = about 7.700 kr after RUT
Every moving cleaning comes with a service fee of SEK 99 that is added to the price above. The service fee includes parking, materials and tools. This fee is kept separate because it is not applicable for the RUT-deduction.

We send a clear quote with specified work steps in accordance with your wishes.
4. Cleaning
The cleaning is carried out in accordance with the agreed checklist, we will contact you 1 hour before the cleaning is completed so that you can inspect and any misunderstandings can be corrected.
