We contact you to create your customer profile

By phone or email you will receive further information about our routines and we will collect the information we need from you to carry out the assignment.

Time suggestion

We give a suggestion on time and date for a startcleaning and present which cleaner(s) will come to your home.

First cleaning

The cleaning is performed in accordance with the agreed checklist and we immediately follow up the first cleaning. Since it is a new home for the cleaner, it is not uncommon with misunderstandings or that something has been missed (We will of course correct any deficiencies free of charge).

Continuous follow-ups

We then follow up the cleaning at every opportunity until we have reached the level that we are happy with. Thereafter, we continue to continuously tune in but with a lower frequency, approximately every 3 to 6 months.

We will get back to you within one work day after you submit your request. If you have not heard anything from us, something has probably gone wrong. Then we ask you to contact us so we can build the profile and start a search.
